Privacy
What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only information we hold is what you choose to send us.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address, business, what you are interested in, an optional phone number and a short message. The Exit Readiness Score asks for your name, email address, business name, an optional phone number, your industry, revenue and profit ranges, your timeline, and your answers to twelve questions, and records the score those answers produce. We collect nothing you do not type in or select. We do not collect information about children, and this site is not directed at anyone under 18.
How we use it
To reply to you, to deliver and discuss your Exit Readiness Score, and to follow up about Midnite Advisory or an acquisition conversation if you asked for one. We may send occasional notes on running and selling a Main Street business to people who completed the score. Every one of those includes a way to stop receiving them.
Who sees it
Midnite Industries, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Midnite Advisory. Form submissions are delivered to us by Netlify, which hosts this site and processes the forms under its own privacy terms. Netlify receives the technical information any web host receives when you load a page, such as your IP address and browser type, and keeps standard server logs. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to introduce you to an outside professional.
Cookies and tracking
None. We set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking on this site. Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing for a browser Do Not Track signal to change; we treat every visitor as if it were on. The web fonts on this site are served by Fontshare, which receives a standard font request from your browser and nothing else from us.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact form and we will handle it within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under state law, and the same request handles them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and update the date below. Continued use of the site after that date means the new version applies.
Effective October 24, 2026. Midnite Industries, Inc., United States.
